I have Jennifer Aniston hair thanks to Tiffany and Great Lengths extensions! I’ve been getting extensions for the last 13 years and Tiffany is by far one of the absolute top people, she listened to my concerns and needs and delivered perfectly. I can’t say enough about how great Flor is. At our initial consultation she calmed my anxieties about needing a color correction by walking me through exactly what to expect during our appointment and tailoring a plan for my hair moving forward. The Collective ATX salon is amazing. I've been seeing Tiffany for many years for cuts and colors, and I cannot say enough good things about her, and her salon. I took the plunge last year to get hair extensions installed, and I have NEVER been happier with my hair. It's the healthiest it has ever been now, it looks amazing and I am consistently complimented on the color and cut. I came in with a terrible bleach job (from a different salon in Austin, TX) and Tabitha SAVED ME ❤️ She was very patient and detailed with her work, and I loved how she really cared about my hair’s health (especially when I just got my hair bleached the day before). She’s so talented, and I was very happy to walk out of the salon without my bucket hat (came in with one, because it was that bad). Updating my review to share the hair health/rebuilding journey I’ve been on with Caitlyn the last two years. My hair was a mess, see below. It’s grown probably a foot and is healthier than ever. I originally needed three rows, now I’m down to one! Best place to go for extensions!

I have been going to The Collective ATX for 2 years now for NBR Extensions. Tiffany is my main stylist when it comes to my NBR's but I have been helped by many! Marcella, Caitlyn &  Rachel are just a few other amazing stylists who have been apart of making me feel beautiful if it was just simply coming in for a blowout or to get curled in between my extension appointments. I could never see myself going anywhere else. Love my Collective ladies. It feels like a girls get together versus a hair appointment. If your on the fence about this salon I am here to tell you. don't waste anymore time. You won't regret it! :)

Writing my first Google review here, for my absolute favorite salon and hair master stylist, Tiffany! I started going to Tiffany 3 1/2 years ago, when I lived in Austin. My hair is thin and fine; therefore, it's a challenge to work with, BUT... Tiffany knows how to work with this hair type better than any other stylist I've met. She raised my confidence level by a ten fold when she started doing 1 row of NBR, gentler color, and the perfect cut for me. I've left Austin twice, tried new stylists, and realized no one compares to her to I'd fly back from LA, and now drive down from Dallas (I tried the top 2 salons/stylists here and Tiffany is still the best). She, and all the ladies at the The Collective ATX are sooo worth the drive! Thank you, Tiffany and team!

Tiffany and her staff are amazing! I researched NBR and The Collective was listed. I reached out to them and was helped immediately. They got me in with Tiffany fairly quick. Tiffany did a great job explaining in detail how to care for and maintain my hair. They are truly the best!

I moved to Austin in 2021 and was in need of a new stylist who is skilled in extensions and coloring / blonde.  I saw Tiffany for a consultation, where I quickly knew, this is a very knowledgeable and experienced stylist.  I instantly loved her energy and vibe and felt a level of comfort and trust right away.  She convinced me to move away from beaded extensions and go with weft extensions.  She indicated Weft installation would be less damaging on my hair, allow for more flexibly and styling as well.  I'm thrilled to say after 1 year of having her care for my hair and this new method of extension installation, my natural hair has grown substantially and is MUCH healthier. I cannot recommend Tiffany or her team enough.  She constantly goes above and beyond with training for her staff, keeping up with the latest and greatest.  You can feel the positive energy from everyone at the salon.  The Collective ATX is a VIBE!!!!

Best Hair Salon Ever! I am so lucky to have found The Collective ATX - they have now been doing my hair for 5 years. Tiffany is a queen when it comes to hair - highlights, coloring, cuts and extensions. I came to her for a color correction - my hair was orange and not in good shape. Tiffany worked magic and got it corrected to look not only beautiful and bring my icy blonde hair dreams to life but my hair was actually was healthier after it all too. QUEEN! Their new salon location on South Lamar is amazing, beautiful, spacious and bright. If you are looking for a hair stylist in Austin look no further than The Collective ATX - all their stylists are amazing. I personally worship Tiffany as she is a hair god and make blonde hair dreams come true. Can't recommend this salon or Tiffany enough. Where do I start... Tiffany is a miracle worker. I had my extensions done by a certified hand tied extensions professional in November. I LOVED the look but I had SO much pain and discomfort that I decided that I would rather take them out than go back to the same person who did them. Thankfully I found Tiffany ! She not only fixed the color (which is mind blowing) but her method of installation is absolutely flawless. Savannah attended the Aveda Institute in Austin (2016) after previously pursuing Pre-Law at the University of Texas in Austin (2008). After immediately taking a liking to color education, in the beginning of her career Savannah focused in on hand-painted balayage. In 2019, she expanded her repertoire by traveling to Southern California to train directly under the creators of Natural Beaded Rows (NBR), where she mastered the art of this superior hair extension method. Savannah also traveled to New York City (2021) to learn the Concealed by Covet and Mane method directly from the creators. Savannah has a passion for travel and art, and enjoys the fact that hair can take her places and those places can inspire her work.

Mazhawna (Muh-zha-nuh) or for short Maz, is born and raised in Austin. For as long as she can remember, she’s always been interested in fashion and beauty. She loved to follow trendy and unique styles of the times. Experimenting with friends, family, and her own hair at first to recreate those looks. Maz has now been in the beauty industry for 8+ years. Working under many amazing stylists, she learned a variety of techniques and approaches that have now blossomed her into the stylists she is today. Maz is certified in Lasio and Cezzane smoothing treatments. Specializing in foliage, balayage, and edgy haircuts. Maz loves what she does not only because it keeps her creative mind going but mostly because she loves making people feel beautiful and confident in themselves. “Confidence is the most beautiful thing you can possess.”

Marcella is an upbeat and creative artist dedicated to helping her clients find self-expression through their hair. Marcella started her career at Paul Mitchell the School and graduated in 2019. From there she started full-time at Dry Bar, where she mastered blowouts, braids, and updos. She started with The Collective in 2021. Some of her favorite services to do include highlights, creative colors, styling and women’s cuts. With family history in the industry, Marcella thrives in the salon and loves seeing her clients happy when they leave.

Avery moved to Austin from the Midwest a couple of years ago and quickly fell in love with the city’s energy, creativity, and of course, the food. Behind the chair is where she feels most at home. She loves connecting with people and helping them feel confident, whether through a subtle refresh or a big transformation.

When she’s not doing hair, Avery enjoys creating fun, behind-the-scenes content that captures the real moments shared in the salon. She’s always learning, always growing, and feels lucky to be part of a team that inspires her daily. She can’t wait to welcome you into the space and take great care of you.
