I’ve been a client of Tiffany’s at the Collective for over a year and have had the best experience. I cold called the salon with an extension hair emergency and Tiffany assured me that there was no challenge that she couldn’t take on. Since seeing her she has completely transformed my hair, gotten it to a way healthier place and has completely corrected the damage I’ve had from previous hair dressers 🥰. I moved to Austin a few years ago and was nervous about finding a hairstylist I could trust. I kept hearing great things about this salon, booked an appointment, and ended up finding a place I’ve stayed loyal to for three years now.

My stylist (Caitlyn) is truly one of a kind. She is direct, transparent, and incredibly thoughtful. She listens closely, values my input, and offers honest guidance without ever pushing her own agenda. I always feel supported and informed.

Her expertise speaks for itself. Extensions are not easy to do well, and she consistently nails it. I have also on more than one occasion managed to mess up my hair 😂 and her patience through it all deserves a special mention. She is accommodating and genuinely invested in making sure her clients feel good and love their hair.

Beyond the talent, she is just a great human. Over time, she has become a real friend, and that says a lot about both her and the environment this salon creates. The salon itself is phenomenal, and I know so many people who go here and feel the same way.
